Returns and Exchanges

14 Days Returns / Exchange from the date of purchase. 

We accept returns on unworn / unused items and all items or item must be returned in the same condition you recieved them in, this includes all packaging within 14 Days of your orginal purchase. Items must be in resaleable condition. 

Clo's Bows reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 14 days return period.

Please use our contact form to request a return. 

Buyer is responsible for return delivery fees or dropping off at Clo's Bows location.

Once your refund has been received we will inspect the items / item to check they are eligible to be approved for a refund. If approved we will automatically process a refund the original payment method. This can take a few days depending on your payment method please allow time for this.  

We do not accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 - 4 working days. You will receive an notification when your order has been successfully dispatched. 

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their delivery address is correct so please check your details before completing your order. 

UK Delivery 

All of our orders are tracked you will receive a tracking reference to be able to track your delivery. Delivery can take 2 - 4 Days by our courier. UK standard is free when spend £20 or more.

All other countries

All of our international orders are tracked you will receive a tracking reference to be able to track your delivery.

We are not responsible for delays due to delivery courier as this is completely out of our control once it has left our establishment. But we will do our absolute best to keep up to date with delays and will chase the courier company were necessary.
